A Note To Our Members
Change is bittersweet — especially when it means goodbye.
EBODY is going through a transition. We're saying a tear-filled goodbye to some of the wonderful instructors who helped make this community what it is, and we're wishing them nothing but the best as they step into new chapters of their own. We'll always be grateful for everything they gave to our members.
And we can't wait to introduce you to the new team of instructors joining the EBODY family — talented, certified, and just as committed to making every class feel like home. The heart of EBODY isn't going anywhere. If anything, it's getting bigger.

A short two-week transition
As our new instructors step in, we'll be in a brief transition period of about two weeks. It's temporary, and we'll keep you in the loop the whole way through.
Most classes continue as usual
The vast majority of your current classes stay exactly where they are. You may notice a few small, temporary adjustments to the schedule — and those are only for the transition.
More classes, more times
In July we'll resume everything and add new options — including the morning and early-evening classes so many of you have asked for. More ways to fit EBODY into your week.
