Studio policies
A few simple guidelines that keep EBODY a welcoming, respectful, and safe space for our whole community. Thank you for helping us take care of it.
01 · Booking & Attendance
No-Show Policy
As an EBODY Pilates member, you're welcome to book as many classes as you'd like at no additional charge. To ensure the best experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you only reserve spots for classes you plan to attend. Many of our classes fill up quickly and maintain a waitlist, so we want to keep as many openings available as possible for those who can join.
Out of respect for our instructors and the members on our waitlist, we apply a modest no-show fee for reservations that aren't canceled in advance. Thank you for your understanding, and for helping us create a great studio environment for our entire community!
02 · Studio Access
Children & Minimum Age
EBODY Pilates is a studio environment for participants 15 years of age and older. While we absolutely love children, we're unable to accommodate anyone under 15 in the studio during class — both for the safety of all participants and to maintain a focused, adult-oriented experience.
- No children under 15 are permitted in the studio during scheduled classes. This includes infants, toddlers, and older children, even when accompanied by an adult.
- We appreciate families making alternative childcare arrangements so everyone can fully enjoy their Pilates practice without distraction or safety concerns.
- Exceptions: Private sessions may be available for younger participants on a case-by-case basis — please contact us at (682) 204-2290 to discuss options.
We thank you for your understanding, and for helping us keep the studio a safe, professional space for all members.
03 · Punctuality
Late Arrivals
Classes at EBODY Pilates begin promptly at the scheduled time to deliver the best possible experience for everyone.
- Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for check-in and to settle in.
- We offer a 5-minute grace period after the class start time.
- After 5 minutes, the doors are locked and late arrivals will not be permitted to join the class. This protects class flow, prevents disruption, and ensures proper warm-up and instruction for safety.
- Your spot will be forfeited and may be given to a waitlisted client. For membership holders, the class counts toward your usage.
- New / first-time clients: please arrive at least 10–15 minutes early for orientation. Late entry is not permitted on your first visit.
True emergencies (a major accident, etc.) are handled case-by-case with compassion — please text or call us as soon as possible at (682) 204-2290.
Repeated late arrivals may result in a conversation with management and a review of membership privileges.
