Pilates para todos isn’t our slogan. It’s the whole point.
EBODY Pilates is a mat-based Pilates studio with three locations in Dallas–Fort Worth: Fort Worth, Grand Prairie and Mesquite. It’s owned by Marissa, a bilingual instructor who built EBODY around one belief: Pilates should feel welcoming to every body, whatever your size, shape, skin tone or experience level.

Meet Marissa
Marissa is the owner of EBODY Pilates. She has 3 years of experience teaching Pilates, and she still teaches every week. Most days you’ll find her in the Mesquite studio, and she leads classes in Grand Prairie and Fort Worth every other week.
She’s bilingual and of Mexican descent, and her goal is simple: every woman who walks into an EBODY studio should feel like the room was built for her. That’s why classes are small, prices are posted, and nobody gets side-eye for modifying a move.
Training & credentials
- Studio-certified in Mat Pilates: the core-first foundation of every EBODY class
- Studio-certified in HIIT Cardio: she teaches the early-morning HIIT Cardio classes in Mesquite
- Intensive instructor training with JetSet Pilates in Miami: a full week of hands-on training
- Certified nutritionist: so she can talk you through fueling a 5:30 AM class
Why “Pilates para todos” is more than a tagline
For Marissa, Pilates para todos (“Pilates for everyone”) isn’t marketing. It’s a conviction, and it shapes how every EBODY studio runs:
- Every body is the target audience. Different sizes, shapes, skin tones and fitness levels in the same room, with nobody on the sidelines.
- A welcoming room is non-negotiable. Instructors offer modifications without making it weird, and they coach you instead of just calling out moves.
- There’s a class for your vibe. Calm Mat Pilates, sweaty Hot Pilates Sculpt, high-energy HIIT Cardio, Yoga and Dance Cardio. You pick what feels right that day.
